Thank you for supporting Feedingo Foundation. We understand that sometimes plans change and adjustments are necessary. This policy outlines how to proceed if you need to cancel your donation or request a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Event Registration and Ticket Purchases:

Registrations for events, workshops, or any programs requiring a ticket purchase can be cancelled up to three days prior to the event date. Please contact us at the details below to process your cancellation.
Cancellations made less than two days before the event may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the terms of the event.

Recurring Donations:

Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time. To cancel your recurring donation, please contact us via email or phone. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will terminate the donations from the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

One-Time Donations:

We are grateful for your donation and support of our initiatives. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to Feedingo Foundation, we will honor your request for a refund made within 5-7 business working days of your donation.
To request a refund, please contact us providing the details of your initial donation including transaction date, amount, and your contact information.

Merchandise Purchases:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise within three days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
