Domestic Shipping:

For domestic orders, we use Blue Dart, DTDC, Professional Courier, Franch Express Courier Services , which typically delivers within 3 days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally using Blue Dart and DTDC. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Feedingo Foundation is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Delivery Terms

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

Feedingo Foundation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Special Circumstances

Custom Orders and Pre-Orders:

For custom or pre-ordered items, please allow additional three days for production and processing.
